Mine : a rich source
Mine : an explosive device
Mine : something that belongs to me
Mine : to dig in… in order to obtain something precious
“Mine” by T.I.T.S. is an audio-visual dance concert/physical opera that researches the relationship between people and their sense of possessing – the instinctual drive within human nature to make territories, to “own” things. We look at this issue from personal point of view. What is our personal experience of „(not)having“? How do we define own individual territories and what are the strategies of claiming our (personal) space? We believe that our personal universe reflects the larger social cosmos.
“Mine” is the fourth production by the independent arts collective T.I.T.S.. It investigates the intersections between physical expression, visual form, sound and voice, and how these correspond to our experience of „(not)having“ and a definition of our individual territories (personal spaces). The final performance will take the form of what we choose to call a “physical opera” or a “dance concert”.
