During Advent weekends (from December 2 to December 17)  volunteersn will sell Christmas toddy, hot juice and some refreshment nearby the gate of the church. The profit will be donated to charity projects which are under the auspices of the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and of Malta.

The nativity scene is made of wood and was made in the second half of the 19th century. This classic nativity composition depicts a ramshackle hut with the Holy Family, a bullock, and a donkey. All of the figures, including the sheep, are all turned to the central point of the nativity, to baby Jesus. This is an apt reference to the meaning of Christmas: the birth of the Saviour. At its foundation, this nativity is the work of the woodcarving firm of Josef Krejčík in Prague.

Nativity scene visiting hours:

26. and 30. 12. 2017: 14.00 - 16.00
