- 13. 9. 2017 – 5. 11. 2017
The festival of music theatre is the only periodic representative presentation of the Czech and Moravian professional opera ensembles.
The event has been held biennially since 1993, taking place at the prestigious Prague´s scenes (in the historical building of the National Theatre or in the Estate Theatre). It regularly juxtaposes the level and direction of the participating ensembles; offers pieces which were not (have not yet been) played in Prague; and a different approach can be taken to Prague´s domestic repertoire too, thanks to this event. Last but not least, the festival is attended by distinguished persons (directors, conductors, singers and other artists) that perform on district stages.
The 13th edition of the festival of music theatre will be held from 13th September to 4th November 2017.
More information about the programme and tickets will be soon available here.
