U Dobřenských Brewery

This brewery restaurant in the Old Town is untypical in its specialization, that of herb-flavoured beer. On tap you’ll find beers such as Tribulus Beer, made with bindii plant extracts, or Salvia Stout, made with sage. Hot dishes showcase a modern approach to both Czech and Austro-Hungarian cuisine. The chef’s specialities include pork knuckle from wild boar, roast duck thigh or wild boar in red wine sauce.
