AMA Tibetan restaurant

Tibetan cuisine is exceptional in how it combines ingredients with preparation, unlike any other Asian cuisine. It features Yak milk, meat and herbs. The most famous dish is the momo – Tibetan dim sum. Just the kind your Tibetan mum would cook (ama, in Tibetan), there to be tasted in the first Tibetan restaurant in Prague. Although meat is an important element of Tibetan cuisine, the restaurant also offers vegetarian and vegan dishes. The restaurateurs also want to spread an awareness of their home culture, not only via Tibetan gastronomy, but through talks, courses and concerts.
