Čestr

Like the “Lokál” (‘Local’) chain, Čestr pronounced [Chester] is another successful establishment run by the Ambiente group. The abbreviation “Čestr” refers to the “český strakatý skot” (‘Czech pied cattle’), bred from the Simmental breed, which has been in the Czech lands from time immemorial. The restaurant offers a carefully handled draught pilsner beer from the tank.
