Hemingway bar
An enterprise inspired by Ernest Hemingway, a famous patron of bars who lent his name to more than a few cocktails. The Hemingway Bar, a smallish authentic bar in one of the Old Town streets, devotes considerable attention to his drinks of choice: absinthe, rum and Champagne.
