Das Kaffeehaus und Restaurant entstand durch den Umbau des Souterrains des einzigen Theaterclubs Kolowrat-Palais als Mehrzweckraum. Das Restaurant ist nicht nur auf die internationale Küche ausgerichtet, sondern kommt auch Vegetariern und Veganern entgegen. Sie können hier bei einem gemixten Drink oder erfrischenden Frühstück beisammensitzen.

Im Interieur im Stil der 20er Jahre können Sie unter anderem auf einer gepolsterten Sitzbank Platz nehmen, die vom Sitz des historischen Rennwagens des Grafen Alexander Kolowrat-Krakowsky, dem bekannten Automobilrennfahrer und Filmmagnaten, inspiriert ist. Das Lokal ist nach dessen Stummfilm Café Elektric mit Marlene Dietrich aus dem Jahr 1927 benannt.
