Prague Fringe 2019
- Fri 24. 5. 2019 – Sat 1. 6. 2019
A heady mix of theatre, comedy, music, dance, storytelling and good times (in English) at venues across Lesser Town - the annual Fringe Festival extravaganza is an experience you will never forget. Taking place annually in May, Prague Fringe is a nine-day performance festival showcasing the work of hundreds of artists from all over the globe in a variety of traditional, and some not-so-traditional(!), venues in the historical centre of one of the world's most beautiful cities.
This year, Prague Fringe is turning 18 and its programme features 242 performances hand-picked from all over the world, including award-winning productions as well as brand-new never-seen-before shows. The focus is put on work created by and featuring women. Highlights include Heather & Harry performing a genre-blending and bending love story told by Lecoq-trained clowns, Kotuku and the Moon Child, a new play of Henry Naylor and a new Sarah Kendall’s stand-up show.
