Lunchmeat is an international festival dedicated to advanced electronic music and new media art based in Prague, Czech Republic. Since 2010, it has brought carefully selected creators from different art spheres together on one stage, creating a truly synesthetic experience.
One of the seats of the National Gallery in Prague, Trade Fair Palace, will host more than 25 projects.
Visitors can look forward to live audio-visual performances, featuring Actress, Amnesia Scanner, Fatima Al Qadiri & Transforma, Lee Gamble, Aïsha Devi & Emile Barret nebo Demdike Stare & Michael England. New Zealand-born musician Fis with the Lunchmeat visualisation team are going to prepare a new AV live show during the event. Night Slugs will be presented by Bok Bok, L-Vis 1990, Girl Unit and Nic Hamilton. Downwards Records are celebrating 25th years from their foundation this year – and at least one of the Regis‘ founders is coming to Prague. A new project by Sigh and Kangding Ray will be presented by Neon Chambers.
Domestic artists will not miss this event too. Citty & Aeldryn or Awali & Frances Sander have promised to attend the event and of course they will be not alone.
