The outdoor panel exhibition maps the activities of the Czechoslovak Red Cross from 1919 to 1989 in the context of the city of Prague, thus marking the 100th anniversary of this organisation. A collection of photographs, posters, leaflets and illustrations from historical periodicals will illustrate its humanitarian activities as well as political engagement throughout the organisation’s development. Significant personalities such as Alice Masaryková, Rudolf Jedlička and Hana Benešová, who worked for the Czechoslovak Red Cross or who propagated it, will be presented too.
