Most of children nowadays do not know how the meat which they eat is obtained from an animal and further processed before it is served on a plate. Visitors can see how our predecessors obtained pork meat in springs (they did it because they were almost out of supplies after winter).

You can see how pork meat is obtained and processed at 11.00 a.m., 1.00 p.m. and 3.00 p.m. At 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. you can create your own blood or liver sausages, being lectured by a butcher. Furthermore, there will await you stands with pork delicacies, beer, wine, distillates. An accompanying programme for children is also prepared.
